When will my order be shipped?

My order arrived in multiple packages. Is this normal?
Yes. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in your order may be shipped from different fulfillment locations and may arrive separately. All items will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Please do not ship items back without receiving a Return Authorization Number first.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
How long do refunds take?
