Thank you for shopping with Espressomando (espressomando.com). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Espressomando ships products from fulfillment partners and warehouses located worldwide to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control.

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order subtotal meets the threshold before taxes. This offer may be subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping Destinations

Espressomando ships to customers worldwide. International shipping is available to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. International Orders — Customs & Duties

For international shipments, please be aware that:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • Espressomando is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your local customs authority.
  • Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance procedures.
  • We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order only before processing has begun. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or via our Live Chat.

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging

Upon review, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you will not be required to return defective or damaged items.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

10. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members.
  2. Contact your local carrier to file an inquiry.
  3. Reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of the reported delivery date.

We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

11. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons or promotional events
  • Carrier delays or logistical disruptions
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Force majeure events

Espressomando is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays to affected customers.
