Refund and Returns Policy

At Espressomando (espressomando.com), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts (unless they arrive defective or damaged)
- Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition
- Items returned without prior authorization (see Section 3)
3. How to Initiate a Return
All return requests must be submitted through our online Returns and Cancellations Form, available at:
espressomando.com/return-policy/
We do not accept return requests via email, phone, or any other channel. This policy ensures proper tracking and documentation of all return requests for your protection and ours.
Upon submission, our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return shipping instructions, including the return address.
Important: Do not ship any items back to us without first receiving a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Address
The return shipping address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Please note that the return address may differ from our company headquarters, as returns are coordinated through our fulfillment team to ensure efficient processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard returns (change of mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid shipping label.
Espressomando does not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our returns form or at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the defective/damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
For defective or damaged items, we will offer a full replacement or complete refund at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value during the 15-day return window. To request an exchange, please submit a return request through our online form and indicate your preferred exchange item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
10. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, please submit your request through our online returns form within the 14-day period.
11. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or via Live Chat to request a cancellation.
